For the Marketing department at our head office in Rhoon, we are looking for a results-oriented, hard-working, and enthusiastic colleague for the position of:
Economics Employee (40 hours)
What are you going to do?
As an E-commerce employee, you'll be involved in content management and product management. You'll be responsible for maintaining content and creating newsletters. You'll also be responsible for product management, ensuring up-to-date articles and a proper product range organization. You'll be responsible for translating data into insights, and then transforming those insights into concrete customer programs. The goal is to improve customer relationships, analyze our customers, and define and expand target audiences. A proactive approach is essential to accurately utilize this data.
Your other responsibilities will include developing various projects, promotions, concepts and campaigns.
Which team will you be working in?
The marketing department currently consists of a team of two dedicated employees with diverse disciplines. There's also frequent contact with colleagues from other departments, including our sales and purchasing teams.
Your broad range of tasks includes:
- You are responsible for the daily management of our social media channels;
- You create commercial and inspiring content for the MYSC social media channels;
- You analyze and report the results of your work; using available data to identify precisely those opportunities that will drive growth in the channel.
- You maintain contact with our Beauty Team and ensure its correct deployment;
- You are co-responsible for setting up and executing collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors;
- You contribute ideas during the creation of social media campaigns
- Optimizing the quality of CRM marketing campaigns (e-mail), from both a commercial and technical point of view.
- Checking for potentially stuck orders in the system and correcting these orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Customer handling by email and telephone
Who are you?
- You have completed a vocational or higher professional education;
- You have extensive knowledge of social media marketing;
- You have strong communication skills and can work well in a team;
- You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English;
- You are accurate, results-oriented and can work well with deadlines;
- You can plan well and work in an organized manner;
- An affinity for beauty products, basic knowledge of social media and experience in retail are a plus.
- You work in a solution-oriented manner
- No 9am to 5pm mentality
